Love Letter goes IRL in NYC

EXHIBITION & MARKET — SUMMER 2023

Through a series of divine timing, Love Letter will present its first ever pop-up exhibition and market in August 2023, in Brooklyn, New York.

Imagined and birthed online in May of 2021, Love Letter is a curatorial project and community of neo-ethereal artists created by NJ-born, Brooklyn-based artist and brand strategist Jess Parsons.

After years of working at museums and in the art x tech start-up world, Jess has had the seeds for Love Letter in her pocket, awaiting the right moment to bring artists she is drawn to together in an immersive, sensory, art-boutique meets exhibition space.

Teaming up with friends and fellow artists Teva Livne and Clairosphere, Love Letter hopes to soon operate as an online gallery and shop in support of artists.

The essence of our vision for this event is to bring together art, clothing, and objects that embody ethereal, earthy, and ephemeral qualities. I have always called Love Letter a “neo-ethereal portal.” I am in awe of the fact that Grimes petitioned Spotify to create the music genre of “ethereal” to get her and other artists out of the “pop” genre. I feel that Love Letter operates in the same vein — to give our synergistic works a new home and landing place to feel community, wholeness, understanding and harmony.
